  1. Angelo, would love to get a copy of this, when I tried to check out they wanted a whopping $30 AUS shipping. I know I’m on the other side of the world but that seems steep. Any other ways I can support you and get a copy of this without such a steep shipping (not to mention the carbon footprint of shipping it to the US!).

    Thanks, Ed

    1. Thanks for letting me know. I’ll check with my publisher whether they will make this available as an e-book for overseas readers outside of Australia.

  2. Hi Angelo,

I purchased this on 15 April, my credit card was debited but I did not a confirmation email and have not heard anything since regarding my purchase. There does not seem to be any way to contact the publisher!

    1. Hi Cheryl, I just checked the publishers website, there’s a contact page, go to https://www.universalshop.com.au/pages/contact-us and you’ll find the contact email address at the very top of the page in the blue border, it’s in the page header and is easy to miss. Hope that helps, please let me know if you can’t find it. Thanks, Angelo

      1. Thanks Angelo. I managed to get in touch with them, they are looking into it.
And thank you very much for all the wonderful knowledge that you share with us through this blog.

  3. Would like a digital copy, if/when it is available. It’s great to be able to zoom in on photos and small print, and searching is so much easier.
