I am going to read this avidly!! I’ve just in the last year started the transformation of lawn and weeds into to an organic food forest out here in the outer southeast of Melbourne on 70m square of land in my small unit. Eventually intending to incorporate a few poultry and hopefully some edible fish, but for now just extablishing trees and putting in the vege and herb beds 🙂
